Although we are non-committal towards refund PER/se, our intention towards providing total value to clients is beyond monetary values. We believe in strong work and trading ethics, honesty and truthful representation which is at the core of our policies.

  1. Once client register and pays for the services, our expert team members will commit to 100% hands on approach to assist and educate the client on the platform to reap maximum benefits on trading.
  2. Non-refund policy is not an indicator of curtailed services but a guarantor of our confidence in our tools and customers.
  3. Unless otherwise is specified, purchases from Exigent Softech are not returnable after your purchase.Once paid, the services offered by Exigent Softech can’t be cancelled or replaced once the operation is done.
  4. In case of service cancellation due to technical reasons or unavailability from the service provider, the money will be refunded within 30 days.
  5. In case you have faced any problems concerning the service you purchased, we encourage you to report the issue within 14 days from the purchase date so we can investigate accordingly.
  6. Since our Application offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product in the Mobile Application. Please make sure that you've carefully read service description before making a purchase.
  7. In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
  8. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

The conditions under which refunds will be given to the customers:

  1. The service provider has not completed the service.
  2. Technical problem occurring during the purchase.
